I dont know what it is but when she does perform live its like she becomes dead inside. She does work on s** appeal and most of the time thats all she has. I think she has had a great stylist, good song writers, brilliant producers, great video directors and an amazing PR team. Ive watched many rihanna’s performances and ive never be satisfied to believe she is a great singer.
I dont want to judge her because truthly only god can do that. Rihanna can make great singles like the catchy songs that have done so well and been sucessful but im thinking if she wasnt exactly attractive would she of had that oppitunity to be where she is now. Back in the day the music industry only really had a market for looks thats why alot of average singers were about but it has progressed and opened the doors for people like alicia keys, amy winehouse, adele, duffy, leona lewis and anyone you can think of who has a truely great voice. Yes her voice is unique but has *become* average for the fact that there is now a stage for the real unique and acceptentional talents. There is nothing amazing about the vocals but it does more or less sound nice. This video for rehab is ok, i think rihanna looked beautiful and justin timberlake looked HOT!
